ActiveWay Life began in 2018 when three friends from Melbourne discovered the transformative power of consistent outdoor movement. After years of sedentary office work left them feeling disconnected from their bodies and nature, they committed to a simple daily walking routine along the Yarra River. The profound physical and mental health improvements they experienced inspired them to share this accessible approach with others facing similar challenges.

What started as informal weekend group walks quickly grew into a passionate community of individuals rediscovering the joy of movement. By 2019, we expanded across Victoria and into New South Wales, developing structured programs for walking, running, and light outdoor training. Our focus remained steadfast on making active living accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level or previous experience.

Today, ActiveWay Life serves communities throughout Australia, offering workshops, resources, and connection opportunities that help thousands maintain consistent healthy habits.
